How do I find my photos?
Click on the event you participated in. Then enter your exact and full email address used during registration in the "enter email address" field. You will be prompted to enter a security code sent to your email address. If our system has recognized you, your photos will appear shortly.
I did not receive an email with my photos
Check the SPAM folder in your mailbox. If you still can’t find the email, contact us at info@zosportu.sk. Do the same if you entered the wrong email or password, or if no photos appear after entering your email.
Why do I need to enter a code in addition to the email used for event registration?
The code is a unique two-factor authentication that ensures only you can access your photos, protecting your personal data.
The photos seem to be low resolution
Click the download button below any photo and a ZIP file with original quality photos will be downloaded to your device.
How do I place an order?
Carefully select the photos and quantity you like, then click the purchase button below the photo. If you’re done shopping, move the photos to the cart by clicking the button at the bottom left or the cart icon. In the cart, fill out your personal and payment information properly.
My photos don’t appear after entering my email
You may not have given consent to receive photos. Email us at info@zosportu.sk and send us your consent to receive the photos.
How can I download my photos if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, click on "Forgot password" below the form where you enter your email and password. After entering the email you used during registration, the password will be sent to that address.
How can I download my photos if I forgot my password and entered the wrong email?
If you forgot your password and also entered the wrong email or no longer have access to the email used during registration, contact us at info@zosportu.sk. We will help you solve the issue.
I don’t want my photos to appear on zosportu.sk
Send us an email at info@zosportu.sk and we will promptly delete your photos.
Why do you ask for full name in one field and finish time in another?
We’re only human. 🙂 It’s possible the data we received from the organizer is incorrect. This way you can correct them so that your certificate frame displays the correct information.
