How do I find my photos?
Click on the event you attended. Then enter your exact and complete email address used during registration into the “enter email address” field. You will then be prompted to enter a security code sent to the provided email address. If our system recognized you, your photos will be displayed shortly.
I didn’t receive the email with my photos
Check your SPAM folder in your mailbox. If you can’t find our email there either, contact us at info@zosportu.sk. Do the same if you entered an incorrect email or password, or if your photos are not displayed after entering your email address.
Why do I have to enter a code in addition to the email used during registration to view my photos?
The code is a unique two-step authentication key that ensures no third party can access your photos. It helps protect your personal data.
The photos seem to be in low resolution
Click the download button below any photo and a zip file with the original quality photos will be downloaded to your device.
How do I place an order?
Carefully select the photos and their quantity that you like and click the purchase button below the photo. If you're done shopping, proceed to the cart by clicking the icon (orange number on the cart icon). In the cart, fill out your personal and payment details properly.
My photos are not displayed after entering my email
You didn’t give consent to receive the photos. Please email us at info@zosportu.sk and send us your consent to receive the photos.
How can I download my photos if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, click “Forgot Password” below the login form. After entering the email you used to register, you’ll receive a new password there.
How can I download photos if I forgot my password and entered the wrong email?
If you forgot your password and also entered an incorrect email or don’t have access to the registered email, contact us at info@zosportu.sk. We will gladly help you solve the issue.

Email us at info@zosportu.sk and we will promptly delete your photos.
Why does it offer to fill in name and surname in one field and target time in another?
We’re only human. 🙂 Sometimes the data we receive from the organizer may be incorrect. That’s why you can correct them so that they are displayed properly in the frame.
